Do I have to use Votel's meeting platform and all of its other services?

No. You can use any meeting platform you want, and the same is true of any of the 39 services in Votel. If you or your clients already have a tool you love, you can keep using it.

It is easier to use everything in one place because the services talk to each other. For example, after a meeting on Votel's meeting platform you can tell the AI assistant to read the transcript of the call you just had and create tasks for everything the client needs. It reads the transcript, works out what the person needed and creates the tasks in the system.
